Andrews was Major, 43rd U.S. Volunteer Infantry Regiment and in 1902 and 1903 when he was Captain, 15th U.S. Cavalry Regiment. All of them seem to be from the Philippines. Also a folder of letters from John G. Andrews to his mother from a private school in Manila.
